FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How should I wash these shirts to prevent piling/wearing thin?
- cold or warm water - NOT hot water - ideally with a gentle detergent and turned inside-out to protect the printed side of the fabric. it can also help to wash them separately from tough/abrasive fabrics like denim and things with zippers (this goes for anything soft or delicate!)
Which contact methods are best for you?
- discord, telegram & instagram - my username is @ibubobubo on all of these! I respond way slower on bluesky and email (linked at bottom of page) but feel free to use those instead.
I'm not sure I understand your order instructions well enough to buy without getting something wrong :(
- feel free to contact me and check stuff before and/or after ordering! this website isn't the most streamlined online shop since I get very little traffic and don't want to depend on a less-customizable and expensive subscription host like Shopify; I'm happy to help directly to make up for it :3
I don't see the shipping option I want D:
- shipping to a different country? want tracked courier shipping outside NZ? contact me and ask for a shipping quote, I don't mind! stripe only lets me set 5 shipping prices lol
I don't want to pay for shipping, can I dibs a shirt to pick up in person?
- maybe - I can place a hold if you want to pick up from an event in the next 2 months. contact me to ask!
Why can't I order more than 3 shirts at a time?
- I'm not able to add dynamic shipping prices to these links, and after 3 shirts the parcel size and shipping gets more expensive, but feel free to contact me for a custom quote if you want to get more than 3 at once!
Where do you get these manufactured?
- ginifab.com - I draw the front+back designs on a 3900x4900px canvas.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:- If you have made a purchase in error, contact me immediately to cancel and get a full refund. If I have already shipped your order (this should take between a few hours to a few days), it cannot be cancelled.
- If you want to change your pre-order choice (style & size) before the order deadline, contact me with your order details to have it changed.
- If you no longer want a pre-order before it has been shipped to you, contact me to cancel and get a 70% refund.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact me with evidence and details, and you may be able to replace, return, and/or get a partial refund depending on the damage.
- If your order arrives with an incorrect item, contact me to organize a free replacement.
- If your order does not arrive within 1 month of the expected delivery date, contact me with the order details. I will need to contact NZ post & see if it has gone missing, delivered to incorrect address, etc. If it has been lost through my (the sender's) error, I can provide a refund.I will not provide refunds or replacements if your order has already shipped and/or arrived in good condition.
