REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:- If you have made a purchase in error, contact me immediately to cancel and get a full refund. If I have already shipped your order (this takes between a few hours to a few days), it cannot be cancelled.
- If you want to change your pre-order choice (style & size) before the order deadline, contact me with your order details to have it changed.
- If you no longer want a pre-order before it has been shipped to you, contact me to cancel and get a 70% refund.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact me with evidence and details, and you may be able to replace, return, and/or get a partial refund depending on the damage.
- If your order arrives with an incorrect item, contact me to organize a free replacement.
- If your order does not arrive within 1 month of the expected delivery date, contact me with the order details. I will need to contact NZ post & see if it has gone missing, delivered to incorrect address, etc. If it has been lost through my (the sender's) error, I can provide a refund.I will not provide refunds or replacements if your order has already shipped and/or arrived in good condition.
